Effective January 1, 2020

🔹️Graduation parties, Birthday parties, Family/Class reunions (all events other than a wedding or wedding reception) the new rate will be – $125.00.

These costs include the use of the building, grounds (playground, ball field, etc.), kitchen (ovens, stoves and refrigerators), and tables & chairs (seating for 80 inside the building).

Please keep in mind that our volunteers have completed many renovations of the building and grounds over the past few years (ball field up-keep, more outdoor seating, siding, windows, kitchen cabinets and counter tops, painted the kitchen and dining hall white to brighten those areas up, new roof, new awning, commercial refrigerator and the flooring which will be completed in the next few weeks). Those additions/renovations are just the beginning of our plans to continue making the Fertigs Community Center a better place for everyone.
